Before and After, part 1
Interesting comparison. Here are some numbers:
- Weight in January 163 lbs. Now: 177 lbs. No change in waist size, =D
- Pushups in January: 12 reps per set. Now: 35 reps per set, or 25 reps while wearing a 35 lbs vest.
- Pullups in April: 4 per set. Now: 10
- Dumbbells weight in January: 12 lbs. Now: 35 lbs.
- Calories ingested in January: 1500-2000. Now: 2500-3000
- And got a bunch of Xbox Achievements =P
- Times at the gym: Zero =)
I’ll keep using Kinect UFC Trainer for the next few months, to prepare for Halloween, and I’ll keep posting updates =).

Excellent blog. You’ve achieved a great deal and look good too. Some creative ideas for the costume too although the boots aren’t the same. But hey, I’m being picky. Seriously, Top job sir.
